• Creating multiple accounts
• Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Using automated bots or scripts to place bets
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Providing false information during registration or verification

6. Provably Fair

All games on Bitnova use a provably fair system. You can verify the fairness of any game result using the seed and hash values provided. The outcome of each game is determined before the bet is placed, ensuring no manipulation by either party.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. Bitnova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. In the event of termination for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
